Why we changed our name
StratusCX has rebranded as SoterraOne to reflect the next stage of our company and platform.
StratusCX began with a broader focus on customer experience solutions. As our products evolved, our work became increasingly focused on one important area: helping organizations securely receive, protect, understand, govern, and automate the content customers share during service interactions.
SoterraOne reflects that sharper focus. Our platform is being built around secure customer content operations, CX security, content intelligence, governed storage, and AI-powered automation.
Why SoterraOne?
The name SoterraOne reflects the platform we are building.
Soter is inspired by the Greek sōtēr, meaning protector or preserver. Terra comes from Latin, meaning earth, ground, or foundation. Together, they represent a secure foundation for customer content operations.
The One reflects our unified approach: one platform to protect, govern, understand, and automate the content customers share across modern service interactions.
What is not changing
For existing customers and partners, this is a name change, not a change in commitment.
The company, team, support model, product commitments, and customer relationships remain in place. Existing customers will continue to receive support, product updates, and service continuity as before.

The SoterraOne brand gives us a clearer foundation for the platform we are building.
Our focus is expanding from individual CX applications into a connected platform for secure customer content operations. That platform brings together secure file exchange, threat inspection, sensitive data detection and masking, document intelligence, governed storage, workflow automation, and AI-ready customer content processing.
We have significant plans for growth in this area and are investing in the capabilities needed to help organizations safely use customer-shared content across contact centers, enterprise workflows, automation, and AI-driven operations.
